STEP 1:

Visit http://www.mol.com and login to your MOL Member account by keying in your username and password. If you do not have an existing MOL Member account please click here to register.

STEP 2:

Once you’ve logged into the “My Member Page”, click Mobile money under the MOLePoints Reloads section.

STEP 3:

You will have the option to reload your own MOL Member account or the account of another MOL Member. If you wish to reload your friend’s or a third parties’ account, you will need to know their correct MOL Member username.

STEP 3a:

If your option is “Reload Own Account”

1. Select “Top Up Own Account”
2. Key in your mobile phone number. Please key in without spaces or hyphens. Example 016123456
3. Key in your 4 Digit IC Number. Example, if your IC number is 810101-11-3755. You will need to enter 3755.
4. Key in the amount that you wish to reload. You can reload any amount from RM 10 to RM 500.
5. Click “Submit” to proceed or “Cancel” if you wish to exit.

STEP 3b:

If your option is “Reload On Behalf of Third Party Account”

1. Select “Top Up On Behalf of Third Party Account”.
2. Key in the valid Third Party MOL username.
3. Key in your mobile phone number. Please key in without spaces or hyphens. Example 016123456
4. Key in your 4 Digit IC Number. Example, if your IC number is 810101-11-3755. You will need to enter 3755.
5. Key in the amount that you wish to reload. You can reload any amount from RM 10 to RM 500.
6. Click “Submit” to proceed or “Cancel” if you wish to exit.

STEP 4:

A confirmation window will appear before the reload process begins. Kindly verify the details displayed are correct and click the “Confirm Top Up” button to proceed or “Cancel” if you wish to exit.

STEP 5:

Follow the instruction given on the screen carefully. The following steps are required to confirm your purchase via sms for Mobile Money to reload your MOL member Account with MOLePoints.

• You will receive a SMS message informing you of the request of your purchase. Reply with your 6 digit pin to confirm the purchase.
  
• Please take note that the number 004 is randomly generated when you request for a purchase.
• Send your 6 digit pin in this manner: “004#894856
  
• Press the #button on your hand phone or <space> for Nokia phones. (Your 6-digit pin is given to you by Mobile Money when you register with Mobile Money. To use this service, you must be a registered user of Mobile Money)
  
• You will receive a reply that you have paid RM10 to RM35 (key code for MOLePoints)
  
• This is a confirmation to indicate that you have completed a transaction using Mobile Money.
  
• A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered in your MOL Member account.
