Ganesh Kumar Bangah

He was appointed to the Board on 6 June 2000. He is the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He possesses a Certificate in Computer Studies issued by the National Center for Information Technology, United Kingdom in collaboration with the CAL Computer Training Centre, Malaysia. He was a Microsoft Certified Professional in 1998 and has more than 11 years of experience in portal development and e-commerce operations. Previously, he was the Technical Director of Cyberfield Sdn Bhd where he was involved in various software development, project management, Internet infrastructure and Internet commercialisation efforts. He has been certified by the Malaysia Book of Records as the youngest Chief Executive Officer of a public listed company in Malaysia. He was a top nominee for the Ernst & Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year - Malaysia 2004 & 2007 awards and is acknowledged by Malaysia Tatler, a Society Magazine as one of the 100 people you must know in Asia. He has been recognized as a Key Industry Leader by the Association of Computer and Multimedia Industry of Malaysia (PIKOM); is a PIKOM Councillor and is the Chairman of the Export Promotion Committee of PIKOM.
He is also an active industry player in the promotion of information and communication technology activities in Southern Malaysia and has been appointed as the Secretariat of the Johor Broadband Stakeholder Group and the Chief Executive Officer of MSC Cyberport Sdn. Bhd., a public private partnership spearheaded by the State Government of Johor to expand the MSC Malaysia roll-out to the Iskandar Development Region.
Ramlee Bin Jaafar

He was appointed to the Board on 14 February 2001. He is the Executive Director of the Company. Subsequent to graduating with a Diploma in Animal Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), he started his career as credit officer in Bank Pertanian Malaysia. He subsequently ventured into the information technology industry in 1986 and held positions in several information technology companies which include Olivetti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Era 2000 Sdn Bhd. In 1995, he formed one of the first Internet companies in Malaysia, Cyberfield Sdn Bhd. He led Cyberfield Sdn Bhd in several major system integration, e-solutions and web-based development project including the development of state government websites, automotive manufacturing automation systems, wide area network implementations and e-government systems. He brings to the Company his experience and knowledge of system design and project management.
Ramlee Bin Jaafar is a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
Tony Soh Chuan Sing
Deputy President & Chief Operating Officer

He has been appointed as the General Manager of MOL AccessPortal Berhad in January 2006 and promoted to Chief Operating Officer in July 2006. He is now the Deputy President & Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, which includes managing Sales/Marketing, Business Development and Creative Departments. A graduate from University Malaya in 1984 with a Degree in Anthropology/Social Science began his Sales & Marketing career in the local scene with world-class brands such as Ericsson, Nokia and Astro. Whilst in Philips he led the Malaysian office and Indonesian operations as the Country Manager. With his vast experience, in 1999 he was then appointed Director and CEO of epay (M) Sdn Bhd.
Ivy Lee Mee Yee
Senior Vice-President, Finance
33 years of age; Malaysian
She joined MOL AccessPortal Berhad in September 2007 as Finance Manager and re-designated to Senior Vice President, Finance in March 2008. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is also a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She brings with her over 10 years of working experience in the areas of accounting, taxation, property, information technology, hotelling, trading, management consulting and held senior managerial positions in local and multinational public listed companies.
Prior to joining MOL AccessPortal Berhad, she was attached to Melewar Industrial Group, where her last held position was Senior Group Accountant and as an Accountant with Goldis Berhad. She was responsible for preparing documentation, performing diagnostic reviews and operational audits and developing systems for financial reporting and internal control.
She is now playing the role of financial steward and corporate strategist by providing reliable and informative financial reporting as the bedrock of sound corporate governance. She possesses a hands-on, granular understanding of the company’s financial performance and the relationship between risk and return that is invaluable in crafting strategy. She also evaluates the factors that are driving the financial numbers and what strategies can be put in place to improve performance and financial health.
Charles Ng Chee Chau
Senior Vice-President, Operations

He has been appointed as the Senior Manager - Operations of MOL AccessPortal Berhad in May 2006 and re-designated as Senior Vice-President, Operations in March 2008. He graduated from University of Aberdeen, UK in 1992 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons). He began his career as a Sales & Application Engineer with Rank O’Connor (M) Sdn Bhd, with the principal activity in telecommunication testing and Acoustic Measuring equipment. He has then joined Commercial Light and Magic Sdn Bhd as a Project Manager to promote the Professional Sound and Light equipment. With his vast experience, he was then appointed the General Manager of Eurono Sdn Bhd and Portal Distribution Sdn Bhd in 2001. Eurono Sdn Bhd is principally involved in distributing mobile phone for the world class brands such as Alcatel, Motorola and Nokia while Portal Distribution Sdn Bhd is an electronic distributor of Maxis Hotlink. Prior to his joining MOL AccessPortal Berhad, he has been appointed as Vice President - Project of Digital Convergence Bhd.
Tee Pan Yong
Senior Vice-President, Technology

He joined MOL AccessPortal Berhad in 2002 as the Technical Manager and promoted to Senior Technical Manager in year 2005 and currently he is the Senior Vice-President, Technology for the Company. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) and has more than ten years experience in the IT industry. He began his career as a programmer in 1997 with MTDC Technology Media Sdn Bhd, a 100% subsidiary company owned by Malaysian Technology Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (MTDC) which is principally involved in producing multimedia products, Internet services and providing training in multimedia and IT. He left the company as its Assistant Technical Manager in 2002.
Current major role and responsibilities are; leads and provides solutions for e-commerce and web development team on all e-commerce and web application project, heads and guides the technical team in planning, supporting and deploying the infrastructure for internal and external projects and participates in R&D to provide customers with latest technology and best services.
Cheryl Goh Ching Ling
Senior Vice-President, Business Development

She graduated from Curtin University of Technology with a Bachelor in Economics and Marketing in year 2003. Cheryl has had 4 years working experience with MOL AccessPortal Berhad in various business, sales and marketing capacities. She currently holds the title of Senior Vice-President, Business Development and heads a team of marketing and business development staff. Armed with a strong background in business development, finance and E-commerce, she is involved in the planning, co-ordination and management of company-wide business development activities. Her specialties included development and execution of business strategies related to e-payment content, channels and services - building partnerships focusing on long term value creation, and familiarity with the South East Asian online gaming landscape.
Halida Abu Bakar
Vice-President, Corporate Communications

She joined MOL AccessPortal Berhad in September 2001 as the Public Relations Manager and re-designated as Corporate Development Manager in 2003 and Vice-President, Corporate Communications in March 2008. Graduated with a Diploma in Tourism from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 1984, started her Sales & Marketing carrier in the hospitality industry for six years and was attached to the Faber Merlin Group and Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC). In 1990, she made a career move by joining a leading multinational direct selling beauty company, Avon Cosmetics Malaysia Sdn Bhd as the Public Relations Manager, in-charge of the corporate and marketing PR and events of the company for ten years.
In November 2000 she joined a subsidiary company of MOL.com Berhad, known as MyETutor.com Sdn Bhd focusing on e-Learning and in September 2001, was re-assign to MOL AccessPortal Berhad which functions are focused on Corporate/Public/Media Relations and government related matters, special events, content editing and development of e-services.
Gillian Chan
Vice-President, Marketing

A graduate from University of Bradford with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management and Mass Communications, Gillian is the Vice-President of Marketing for MOL AccessPortal Berhad. Prior to this, she was the Associate Account Director for AP Communications Sdn Bhd, an event management agency who handles major accounts like IBM, Intel and Microsoft. On top of that, she was also handling lifestyle products and clients like Samsung, Richemonde, British American Tobacco and many more. Gillian has more than 10 years of successful experience in marketing, strategic branding, communications, business management and development. With her strong background on branding and marketing, she now leads the creative team in MOL AccessPortal Berhad overseeing the entire company’s products branding and promotional activities. Gillian is also in charge of executing the company’s MARCOM strategy in delivering the right messages on vision, direction and achievements are delivered and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
Zoey Kong Sook Lai

She joined MOL AccessPortal Berhad in August 2002 as Sales Executive, promoted to Head of Sales Division in March 2007 and re-designated to Vice President, Sales in March 2008. She holds a Third Level Group Diploma in Accounting from Thames Business School in Singapore and completed Accounting, Cost Accounting and Management Accounting Courses with Thames Management Centre in Singapore. Prior to joining MOL AccessPortal Berhad, she was attached to Fu Du Huang Gong Seafood Restaurant in Singapore as Sales & Marketing Officer and Orchard Palace Investments Pte Ltd, Singapore with the finance and operations departments for five years.
Her current scope involves managing the sales team to produce and maintain high standard of customer relations which offers customer satisfaction, identifying new sales potentials and ultimately achieve the monthly sales target set by the company.
Ivy Fong Yee Vui
Vice-President, Special Projects

She joined MOL AccessPortal Berhad in September 2005 as the Manager for Special Projects and re-designated to Vice-President, Special Projects in March 2008. A graduate from University of Winnipeg, Canada in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Business Computing, she has more than eight years working experience in E-Government related projects. She started her career by involving in the E-Perolehan (Electronic Procurement) project for the Ministry of Finance. Subsequently, she joined AsiaBuildOnline Sdn. Bhd. in 2002 with primary roles in project management and business development for E-Local Government and E-Construction project collaboration solutions as well as involvement in Public-Private Partnership projects. In addition, currently she is also actively involved in the MSC Malaysia initiatives at MSC Cyberport Johor, an associate of MOL AccessPortal Berhad.
